The New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association and New Hampshire Athletic Directors Association has announced the 2023-2024 Scholar Athletes. The recipients from Prospect Mountain High School are Grace Brooks, Reese Burke, Ethan Capsalis, Gwen Christie, Brendan Francis, Shannon Kelley, Nathan Leavitt, Dillon Miller, Erin Rawnsley, Eve Roberge, Ella Smith, Micah Swenson, and Aijah Thoroughgood.
The New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association and New Hampshire Athletic Directors Association will hold the Annual NHIAA and NHADA Scholar Athlete Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Division III will be presented at 9:30 a.m. The event will be held at The Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord. This is the 31st year for females and the 26th year for males to receive this highly distinguished award. NHIAA high school student athletes from throughout New Hampshire will be recognized for achieving academic and athletic excellence. Award recipients are nominated each year by their school principals based on criteria which require the high school seniors to have a B+ or equivalent grade point average, letter and be currently active in at least two varsity sports, participate in community service activities and serve as role models to their peers. At the awards ceremony, each student athlete will receive an award certificate. Governor Chris Sununu has been invited to address the group and present a Proclamation.
