Dear Seniors and Their Parents,
Graduation is almost here! Here are some reminders for the last few days! Please read all of the following carefully!
All graduates MUST complete the above linked form.
The top section of this form can be completed this week and allows students to get their Cap/Gown only.
The bottom part of this form is to be completed next week, starting June 8th, and allows students to receive their graduation tickets. Each student will receive 5 tickets. These tickets will only be needed in the event of inclement weather and we need to have graduation inside the auditorium.
2) Important Senior Dates:
June 5th: Last Day for Seniors at LRTC and Prospect Mountain High School - All work needs to be submitted.
June 8th: Seniors’ Parade to ACS & BES
Before Graduation practice/rehearsal; All students need to be here no later than 8:00. The bus leaves PMHS after the caps and gowns are handed out. All caps and gowns will need to be returned when we return from the parade. Students will get them back upon receipt of their Senior Checkout Form.
Please note - If you have questions regarding the senior parade, please notify/contact Mrs. Sheff in writing (lsheff@pmhshool.com) by Friday, June 5, 2026.
June 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th: Seniors’ Graduation Practice (9:30am-11:00am every day)
Failure to attend this required graduation practice rehearsal will jeopardize students’ ability to walk at graduation. Furthermore, anybody who arrives late to the practice will hold up the entire group.
June 10th: Class Day for All Grades (10:30am-Noon)
June 10th: Senior Cookout (12:30pm)
June 10th: Senior Awards (6:00pm) - Students and parents will receive an invitation by mail or email if they are receiving a scholarship.
June 12th: GRADUATION (6:00pm)
As we have previously shared, graduation is on the main field (with the bleachers). Seating will be first come, first serve. Based on this same graduation venue and set up from last year, there will be more than enough seating for everyone.
Seniors will be issued 5 tickets, to be handed out as they complete their end of year obligations and checkout (as spelled out above). These tickets will only be needed if we need to move graduation inside.
June 16th: Sports Awards Night
3) From The Senior Class President and Vice President:
Hey everyone, we just wanted to put out a little reminder about graduation practice that starts on Monday June 8th from 9:30am-11am please show up a few minutes early. It is EXTREMELY important that everyone shows up ready to go on time for each session. Practice will not start until every member of the senior class is there. If someone is late, everybody has to wait. It is a mandatory event and you are expected to be there unless there are extreme circumstances. (work is not an excuse).
Monday June 8th at 8:00am. We will be taking a bus from Prospect to BES/ACS for the Seniors’ Parade. This is MANDATORY everyone must show up and attend. Please arrive early before the bus gets to the school.
